做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
