做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
