做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
