做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
