做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
