做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
