做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
