做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
