做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
