做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
