做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
