做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
