做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
