做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
