做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
