做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
