做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
