做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
