做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
