做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
