做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
