做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
