做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
