做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
