做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
