做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
