做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
