做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
