做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
