做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
