做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
