做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
