做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
