做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
