做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
