做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
