做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
