做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
