做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
