做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
