做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
