做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
