做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
