做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
