做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
