做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
