做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
