做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
