做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
