做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
